The villa is built on three floors with four rooms and three bathrooms;
it can host up to eight people. Villa Ferramosca offers the charm and
fascination of the Venetian countryside in a splendid private residence,
surrounded by beautiful walls and lush vegetation. The inside of the
Villa is embellished by precious Venetian style flooring, high ceilings
and elegant entryways. The wonderful terraces embody an explicit
invitation to relax and to good times convivially spent with good
friends.
The weekly cost for rent is to be agreed and includes cleaning
services, gardener, linen change, and reservation service for
restaurants, museums and theatre.
At an extra charge we can provide transfers to and from the airport, a
babysitting service, breakfast and dinner with a personal chef.
Minimum to stay 3 days.
FACILITIES: parking, garden, fire-places, television, billiards, golf
(2 km), tennis (700 m), gym and Wellness Centre (2 km), riding centre.

On the 500 sqm ground floor three is a central grand hall
(feast/banquet hall) and four surrounding rooms: dining-hall for
twelve people, kitchen outfitted with fridge, dish-washer, a stove,
fire-place and a living-room with fire-place.
The 500 sqm first floor has four bedrooms, two with double bed and
two with single beds, three bathrooms, two with a shower and one with
a bathtub. In the centre there is a large dressing room with reading
and relaxation area, TV, game table and billiards.
